Once you have received your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to decide if the product meets your expectations. If there are items in your order that you wish to return, please fill out the return form.

After completing and submitting the return form or the notification regarding the customer's desire to return, we, tretinoins.co.za, will arrange for the free collection of the package by our partner courier, Same day or Packet, to be sent back to us.

The 14-days period starts for the customer from the moment the package is received by them.

After we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform you and notify you when the return is accepted.

If the return is accepted, the amount paid will be refunded via bank transfer.

DIGITALEASE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. undertakes to refund the value of the returned products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, based on the return form or the notification sent by email to contact@tretinoins.co.za, completed by the customer.

The amount paid for the returned products and transportation will be refunded by the seller to the account indicated by the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

In the return form/written notification, the details and bank account of the person requesting the return will be completed, including name, surname, and order number. We handle your bank and account details under our Privacy Policy

The return form available on the website is just an example. According to legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement, using any preferred method such as email, mail, verbally, etc.
